Leo Strobl, called "Turbo-Leo", is the fastest photographer around. When a tragedy takes place, he is the first one on his way to cover it. Then a young photographer shows up and a deadly race between the two commences.

And then his car breaks down in the middle of nowhere, just behind a small town called Marienhagen. The residents of Marienhagen take care of Jans Wohl and make the stay as pleasant as possible. A comedy about rural doctors and people who fight for their pride and self-respect and take their destiny in their own hands in their own hands.

Two couples live their erotic fantasies out until one of the women is murdered.

Berlin sometime in the near future: Due to the demographic change, more and more old people are walking confused through the city. When the sexual repeat offender Karl D. moves in with his brother Helmut, the neighborhood of the small village unites against the two brothers. While the Federal Court of Justice entertains a preventive detention of Karl, Helmut and his family have to bear the increasing harassment from the local authorities and a daily manifestation in front of their house. When the situation becomes almost unbearable, a group of women among the demonstrators starts questioning their action. Most of them experienced sexual abuse, but have never confronted their own tormentor. To satisfy their curiosity, they consider to meet the unknown offender.
